Read a card
Present a card to the USB desktop reader to see its Net2 token number and who holds it.
Add people
Create Net2 users from a spreadsheet, each with their department, access levels and portrait.
Batch assign cards
Load people from a spreadsheet or straight from Net2, then tap each person’s card in turn.
Upload portraits
Name each photo with a Net2 user ID, check who it matches, then upload them all to Net2.

Columns
Dates as 2027-07-31, 2027-Jul-31 or 31/07/2027. Put several access levels in one cell with semicolons: Working hours; Car park. Departments and access levels must already exist in Net2.
Sign in, then choose a spreadsheet. Nobody is added until you confirm.
New people

Check access levels and dates before adding. After checking, dates are shown as year-month-day; activation starts at 00:00 and expiry is at 23:59. Blank dates send no date to Net2. Anyone whose first name and surname Net2 or an earlier row already has is held back until you tick Add anyway. A row with a User ID is never added: keep the download, and running it again adds nobody twice. Download results to keep each attempt’s User ID and outcome, including failures. Results stay in this tab until you close it or replace the sheet.

Choose a spreadsheet on the left. Each row is shown with what Net2 will get, and checked against the people already there, before anyone is added.
Columns
Each card is saved to its person in Net2 the moment it is tapped, as a Net2 decimal number.
Choose before the first card; numbers already in the file are kept as they are.
One card per person. Leave each card on the reader until its assignment appears; duplicates are refused.
